The response couldn't be more different.

First, you have the President saying that the problems in the Middle East are "bumps in the road." Yes, the President just said that the desecration of our flag and the death of our ambassador are both just a bump in the road on the way to peace.  Does that get play in the media?  Only with conservative commentators.

Turn then to a joke made by Governor Romney when he talked about his wife and the emergency landing of a plane that was filled with smoke.  He made an off the cuff joke about why windows don't open in planes and the media jumped all over it.

Is there bias in the media?  One wonders when you hear the differences like these.  What do you think?
