A mother from Massachusetts was stunned to learn that her middle school children were given a questionaire that included questions about oral sex and pregnancy prevention among other issues.  Todd Starnes with Fox Radio News followed the story, interviewing the principal of the school, the mother who has two children there, and the Rutherford Institute who have filed suit.

Starnes says he could not believe that students were asked graphic sexual questions as part of survey that the school was required to give to students in order to keep some grant money.

Starnes says parents are questioning the school, the U.S. Department of Education, the principal and others to see who was responsible for the survey.  Apparently a local social service organization was the generator of the quiz.
