Morris Archangel Being Sought By Iberia Deputies

Iberia Parish Sheriff Louis Ackal says a woman called them about her car being stolen by her ex-boyfriend on Sunday, and now deputies say he is wanted for more than just that.

Captian Ryan Turner says the woman says that 23-year-old Morris Archangel came to her home, began to choke her, pulled out a knife, and the man threatened to kill her.

She told deputies Archangel then took off in her car.

Archangel is wanted for the following:

• Domestic Abuse Battery
• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
• Theft
