“Jackass” Star Arrested After SeaWorld Protest

Police say one of the stars of MTV stunt show "Jackass" was protesting Sea World when he climbed up a construction crane in Hollywood on Sunday. Steve-O reached the top of the crane with an inflatable whale that had "SeaWorld Sucks" written on it. First responders say Steve-O was more than 100 feet up when they were called.

When emergency officials first arrived, they did not know if the he needed to be rescued or if this was another of his trademark stunts. Firefighters positioned a cushion in case of a fall, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. They were able to bring him down safely. He was arrested and booked into a Los Angeles jail.
