Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today to discuss his latest book.  Napolitano's book "Theodore and Woodrow: How Two American Presidents Destroyed Constitutional Freedoms" is available at most retailers including Barnes & Noble, Books A Million and Amazon.

When asked about previous books Napolitano replied,

I presented a view of the Constitution, in this case a view of American history, different than the generally accepted one.

Describing his current book Napolitano said,

Theodore and Woodrow really began the process of the Federal Government having a place in everybody's lives.  They began the process of a Federal Government operating outside of the Constitution.  These two guys ran against each other.  They hated each other...but they did except a common view, that the Constitution is not the supreme law of the land and doesn't mean what it says.
