Massachusetts Democratic Congressman Barney Frank says he won't seek another term in office. He cited things like the current Republican majority in the U.S. House and the congressional redistricting process as reasons for not running again. Frank is expected to hold a news conference around 2:30 Eastern time today from Capitol Hill.
