National Education Policy Group Wants Sex Ed. Taught As Early As 2nd Grade

A national education policy group wants students to learn sex education at a much earlier age. The group says students as early as 2nd grade should have a better understanding of human reproduction, so in the future they could avoid unplanned pregnancies and be less likely to be victims of abuse by adults. In Louisiana sex education is not taught at all until at least 7th grade.
