National Teen Driver Safety Week Starts On Sunday

State officials are hoping to raise awareness of teen drivers to save lives. State Highway Commission Director John Leblanc says teens are killed more by traffic accidents than anything else in the United states. He associates these high numbers with the use of gadgets and distractions. He also greatly discourages drinking and driving for people of all ages, especially teenagers.
