NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The city's Neighborhood Engagement Office will host the first New Orleans Neighborhood Summit on Saturday.

The one-day conference features skill-building workshops and opportunities for residents to network with city officials and other residents working to build strong neighborhoods.

The summit will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University of New Orleans Lindy Boggs International Conference Center at 2045 Lakeshore Drive.
