New Bill That Could Change Welfare Passes House

Welfare extortion could be ended soon. The bill that the House just approved a will stop welfare recipients from using the benefits on non-essential entertainments, such as casinos or strip clubs.

Charles Boustany is the bill's chief sponsor.

He says the bill would penalize states that don't implement the new rules and reduce their benefit funding.
