Deputies said Moore was trying to hide something under his seat when they approached his car.  They took Moore into custody and located around 2 grams of suspected marijuana in Moore's vehicle.

Moore was charged with disregarding a red-light, resisting an officer by flight, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free zone and obstruction of justice.  He was taken to jail and bond was set at $7,500.
