New Microbrewery Coming To Lafayette

The popularity of locally produced "craft beers" has exploded in recent years. Acadiana already boasts several microbreweries. We're about to have another. The Advertiser reports, a new brewery will be located on Buchanan Street in downtown Lafayette. John & Jessica Paul have obtained a release on the  abandoned warehouse at 124 Buchanan in the Hub City. They're currently in the process of obtaining all the necessary permits. The Paul's are offering the public an opportunity to place their names in various parts of the brewery by making donations through crowdfunding via kickstarter.com. They hope to be brewing Sawbriar Beer later this year.
