New Office Development In Houma To Open Early 2013

HOUMA, La. (AP) — Developers hope to complete a new office complex in Houma by early next year.

Corporate Office Park is one of four planned buildings from Richard Development.

Owner Henry Richard told The Courier that the building that is now under construction will have three suites — two at 1,200-square feet and one at 1,756-square feet.

Richard said no tenants are confirmed yet but there are interested parties.
