One man is behind bars after driving drunk to a police station.

State Police say Gustavo Rodriguez of New Orleans took his two young children to the Troop B headquarters over the weekend to tell them he was leaving his wife and taking his children to Texas. But Troopers say they smelled alcohol on his breath and noticed he was unsteady on his feet. So they gave him a field sobriety test.

His  blood alcohol content measured at .0145.
