The New Orleans Saints have made one of their first moves of the 2019 off-season by bringing back one of the special team aces from 2018 in Justin Hardee.

Hardee was second in special team snaps last season, lead the team in special team tackles with eight, and recorded 19 total tackles to go along with one interception playing defensive back.

The Saints signed Hardee to his exclusive rights tender and his base salary for the 2019 season is $645,000. This meant that the Saints were the only team he could negotiate with.

This is a good move by the Saints to keep their special teams sured up and defensive back depth intact with bringing back Justin Hardee who is a converted wide receiver.
