No Charges To Be Filed In Abbeville Shooting

An 18 year old Abbeville man who was shot in the leg says he will not help police identify the shooter. According to our news partner KATC the shooting happened at 6:30 Wednesday night near Oak and Hayes Street. The victim claims the alleged shooter drove up in a black Lexus with tinted windows and 'fancy' rims shot him and drove away.
