No Knock Search Warrant Leads To Four Arrests In Berwick

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division teamed up with the Berwick Police Department for a narcotics investigation that netted four arrests.

The officers executed a no knock search warrant at a home in Berwick on Second Street.

Detectives say the warrant was secured after officers were able to show that complaints had been made against Eric and Mary Driskill. The tipsters told narcotics agents that the couple were selling methamphetamine from their home.

While search the home, detectives say they found:

• Methamphetamine
• Oxycodone
• Drug Paraphernalia
• Digital Scales
• Pipes

Police say this home they searched was just one block down from two churches in the community of Berwick.

Detectives say Eric Driskill is also a convicted felon.

The following people were arrested:
Eric Driskill, 39, 3107 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 7, 2015 for the following offenses:

• Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
• Possession of Schedule II (Oxycodone)
• Possession of Legend Drug (Folbee) without a prescription
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone)
• Possession of Schedule III (Subutex)
• Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
• Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

Mary Driskill, 59, 3107 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 7, 2015 for the following offenses:

• Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
• Possession of Schedule II (Oxycodone)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone)
• Possession of Schedule III (Subutex)
• Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

Gary Driskill, 62, 3107 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 7, 2015 for the following offenses:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone)
• Possession of Schedule III (Subutex)
• Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

Kathryn Vines, 42, 3107 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 7, 2015 at 7:21 pm for the following offenses:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone)
• Possession of Schedule III (Subutex)
• Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS
