No One Injured In Friday Afternoon Crash On South College Road

A Lafayette man was briefly hospitalized Friday afternoon following an accident on South College Road that left the victim's truck perched precariously on the guard rail.

According to Lafayette Police Cpl. Paul Mouton, the victim suffered some kind of medical emergency that caused him to drive straight into the guard rail.

The victim was released from the hospital almost immediately after he arrived, Mouton said.

No other injuries were reported.
