Non-Recurring Revenues

Two Republicans in the state house are backing a bill that would require a two-thirds vote of the legislature to use one-time money for recurring expenses. The governor's budget includes 474-million in nonrecurring revenues.  Representatives Brett Geyman and Jim Morris say it's irresponsible to use non-recurring revenues for ongoing expenses.
