Non-Toxic Powder

A powdery substance found on a letter sent to the Alexandria Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Pineville was not toxic.  An employee who handled the letter last Friday got sick, but her personal doctor diagnosed her with upper respiratory problems.  The substance has not been identified.
