Smoking Crawfish A Serious Problem In Louisiana? Colorado Congressman Thinks So

Who knew there was such a serious issue in Louisiana?  Who knew this serious addiction would spread?

Leave it to a Colorado Congressman to "educate" Louisiana!

We have got to stop this problem NOW, before it ruins the world!

This craziness all started during a debate in Congress between Colorado Congressman Jared Polis and Louisiana Congressman John Fleming.

Polis thinks we smoke 'crayfish'

Polis said, on the floor of Congress,

“I’m not gonna send federal troops into Louisiana to arrest people for smoking crayfish,” Polis said. “Want me to ban that and send federal troops down there? I bet maybe smoking crayfish ain’t good for you. What if it’s fried? Might clog your arteries, huh?”

Fleming was defending his stance that while marijuana may be legal in Colorado, it is still against federal law.  Fleming worries about how this legalization will affect children and families.

By the way, Fleming won the argument.
