‘Nutria Tacos’ Featured At Metairie’s ‘Beast Feast’

"Beast Feast" was yesterday at Archbishop Rummel High School in Metairie. Many different types of interesting foods were available at the all-you-can-eat event like duck tamales, deer tamales and even moose chili. It's one item in particular that caught my attention however, and that item is the "Nutria Tacos".

The annual event is presented by the school's alumni association and sponsored by the Ray & Jessica Brandt Family Foundation. This year was the 14th year the festival has been in existence, but I'm not sure how long the "Nutria Tacos" have been on the menu.

Honestly, these guys look like they definitely know what they're doing, so I think I'd absolutely try one of these "Nutria Tacos". Maybe next year I'll make the trip and video myself trying one of these for you!
