Obama Cabinet Shuffle Coming

CHICAGO (AP) — A White House official says President Barack Obama will announce a Cabinet shuffle today.

He's tapping Shaun Donovan, his current housing secretary, to run the budget office, and will nominate San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro to be his new housing chief.

Castro delivered the keynote address at the 2012 Democratic Convention and his star has been on the rise ever since.

Donovan is highly regarded inside the White House, where officials have praised his work overseeing the federal government's response to Hurricane Sandy.
