Word is coming out from both Bob Woodward and other sources that the President was not around for some meetings.

One source is claiming that the President has only attended his daily intelligence meetings 43.8 percent of the time.  Compare that with President George W. Bush, who rarely missed the meetings.

Other information indicates that Congress made the debt deal largely without the President, who didn't have a plan B to work things out and wanted to walk away from the deal Congress agreed to because he wasn't involved.

What do you think about all of this?  Does it show a President that is otherwise engaged or not engaged at all?
