Obama To Unveil 2015 Budget Plan

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama today will unveil a $4 trillion budget for 2015 that drops earlier proposals to cut future Social Security benefits and pushes for new money for infrastructure, education and job training.

But Congress and the White House already have agreed to a two-year, bipartisan budget pact that sets parameters for this election year's budget work.

And Democrats controlling the Senate have said they won't advance a budget this year.
