Obama Wants to Tweak Obamacare : Afternoon

President Obama says he wants to work around Congress...again.  This time on his healthcare law.  The Wall Street Journal is reporting that part of the law would make costs soar after the law fully takes effect in 2014.

Should the President do the end run he is planning or should he go back to Congress?
