Obama’s Gun Control Measures – Do They Violate The Constitution?

The President has presented his plans and it not only includes some measures that Congress will have to look at, but also 23 different executive orders from the President having to do with gun control and mental health issues.  But, do they pass muster?  Tell us what you think below.
