Oil And Tar Balls Arriving

Oil spill response workers under the direction of the Coast Guard and state officials are working to block a large area of emulsified oil and tar balls from coming ashore along Louisiana's coast.  It has impacted about a half-mile of shoreline west of Grand Isle.  The material is being tested to determine if it originated from last April's BP oil spill.
