It's been almost 15 months since the BP oil spill, and Louisiana still has oil staining hundreds of miles  of its shoreline. That's according  to Garrett Graves, director of the Governor's office of coastal activities. Graves says oil continues to bubble up along Louisiana's coast. Graves says about 40 miles of the state's coast still has moderate to heavy amounts of oil to be cleaned.
