GRAMBLING, La. (AP) — Police say one man died and another man injured in a fiery vehicle crash in Grambling.

The accident happened Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Igoo Inn Road and Louisiana Highway 150.

Police tell KSLA TV the driver, 21-year-old Carl Robinson of Tallulah, was traveling westbound on Highway 150 when he lost control of his SUV, ran off the roadway, became airborne and flipped multiple times.

Shortly after a witness pulled the passenger to safety, police say the vehicle burst into flames.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger, 23-year-old Arseneau Robinson, was air lifted to a Shreveport hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
