One Injured in Early Morning Shooting

A 21-year-old Lafayette man is in the hospital following a shooting early Sunday morning. Corporal Paul Mouton says the victim was sitting in a car when a black male approached him with a gun and started shooting. The victim was struck once in the chest but is in stable condition.
