Two men robbed a convenience store in Opelousas on Saturday night, and local police are trying to figure out who did it.

St. Landry Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Sergeant Clay Higgins says it happened Saturday night at Kajeune’s Country Corner store on South Union Street. The night manager told officers that two black men wearing dark colored hooded jackets and masks went into the store just before 10 pm, or closing time. The two men allegedly held the manager at gunpoint and stole an undisclosed amount of cash before getting away on foot.

Call the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office if you have any information.
