In a case that's stretched out over two years, NCAA penalties for the University of Oregon will be made known tomorrow.

The release of the report by the Committee on Infractions (COI) will outline the proposed penalty will be at 10am (CDT) tomorrow morning.

Oregon admitted to a "major violation" involving Oregon's relationship with a couple of "recruiting services."

Oregon can accept the findings or appeal them if they believe the penalties are too harsh.  UO had suggested two years' probation and a loss of one scholarship per season.  It's likely the NCAA will add to that suggestion.
