Miami Marlins Manager Ozzie Guillen is now officially in hot water over comments he made supporting Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro.  He will now sit out 5 games and has apologized for what he had to say.

Guillen is not the only person in Major League Baseball that has been suspended for things that they said and now joins the likes of the late Marge Schott, who was removed by baseball from day to day operations of the Cincinnati Reds when she was the team's owner.  That removal was over racial comments that she made.

Ultimately, the question that is important to consider in this case is, does it matter?  He made comments in a free country about someone, so should he be punished for that?  Let us know what you think in our poll...
