Chef Pat Mould joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' and praised the 'Eat Lafayette Campaign' for it's tremendous growth.  From humble beginnings the campaign has grown from 20 locally owned restaurants to 73 participating local restaurants this year.  On the campaign and it's growth Chef Mould said,

It's great to see locally owned restaurants banning together to spotlight local foods and cuisine.

Chef Mould noted that with the growth of the program,

It's great to see all the Townsquare Media on-air personalities doing the 'dine arounds' and up loading their experiences to YouTube.

Mould invited our audience to get involved and enjoy local restaurants through September 2nd.  More information on participating restaurants can be found at eatlafayette.com.

Chef Mould reminded us that the Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market is open every Saturday from 8:00am to Noon with the park open from 8:00 until 2:00pm.

Mould also had some comments about Paula Deen and you can hear those comments and more by listening to the interview:
