At the FIBA U19 World Championships, it was another lopsided win for the United States.

Team USA opened the second round of Pool F play by routing Brazil, 91-66 Monday afternoon in Prague, Czech Republic.

Louisiana's Elfrid Payton started his fourth straight game at the point guard position, and had seven points, six rebounds, two assists and a steal in 20 minutes of aciton.

Brazil gave the Americans their first test of the tournament, trailing just 40-36 with just over nine minutes to play in the third quarter.  But Team USA went on a 19-0 run to seize control.

The US and Serbia are tied for the Pool F lead with 4-0 records.  Team USA will play Australia on Tuesday and Serbia on Wednesday.
