Pedestrian Involved In Accident

A pedestrian hit by a car this morning suffers minor injuries. Lafayette Police say the pedestrian was crossing Johnston Street north towards Bertrand Drive, when a vehicle turning left from Bertrand Drive hit the victim. The driver was not injured. No citations have been issued. The crash remains under investigation.
