Photog Captures All That’s Great About Louisiana [VIDEO]

When my wife and I made the decision to move back to Lafayette from Atlanta there were definitely questions. I had a great life there and what I can only describe as my dream job. But, something was missing in the midst of all the good things we had going.

What I couldn't put into words was the 'heart' that lies here in Louisiana. The weekend festivals. The yearly carnival celebration. The family that we had lived away from for far too long. This video sums up just about all of that.

The photographer says in the video description on Vimeo that he took a spur-of-the-moment trip down to the Pelican State and took video of much of what he saw. For an outsider, he pretty much nailed it.
