Pilot Survives St. Landry Parish Plane Crash

An Oklahoma man is recovering after being injured Saturday when his four-seater Mooney plane crashed shortly after takeoff from St. Landry Parish Airport in Opelousas.  The pilot Arnold Johnstone was attempting to take off on a flight to Wisconsin when the plane suddenly lost power.  The FAA is investigating.
