Pinhook Capital One Bank Robbed

At 3:10pm Lafayette City Police responded to a call of a robbery at the Capital One Bank on West Pinhook. Employees said a black male entered the bank and approached a teller with a note demanding money. The suspect then verbally threatened the teller and was given an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect left the bank on foot through the rear of the bank. There were no injuries reported. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect or the incident is encouraged to call Lafayette Police or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
