Port Allen Man Arrested In Lafayette

34 year old Kenny D. Ruffin was arrested today in Lafayette for violating sex offender registration laws in both West Baton Rouge and Lafayette Parishes. According to Attorney General Buddy Caldwell, Ruffin was required to register as a sex offender after his release for a 2007 conviction of indecent behavior with juveniles.
