A Powerball ticket worth $10,000 has gone unclaimed since the August 29, 2012, drawing, according to the Associated Press.

Louisiana Lottery officials say it was purchased at a business called "Just For You" on Poydras Street in New Orleans last year. It will expire on February 25 if it remains unclaimed.

The Lottery says in a Friday news release that the ticket matched four of the five white numbered balls, plus the Powerball number. The winning numbers for that drawing were 25-28-49-54-56 and the Powerball was 28.

Winners of the Lottery's games must claim their prize within 180 days of the drawing.
