President Obama says "Congress needs to move." The President hit the road on a bus tour today to go to the Midwest to talk about his plan to create jobs. The President says it is about infrastructure and rebuilding America, but 7th District Congressman Charles Boustany is wondering why.

Boustany joined Bernadette Lee and Ken Romero on "Mornings With Ken and Bernie" today to talk about the President's trip, and what Boustany says is the President's lack of a plan. Obama says it is long past time to start rebuilding the nation's highways, bridges and schools, but Boustany worries that it will mean we, the taxpayers, will be picking up the tab.

Boustany says he has a new plan, that is big and will produce jobs, but Congressman Boustany wonders why the plan has not been given to members of Congress. He also says the President's prior solution to create jobs failed miserably.
