Property Taxes Will Not Be Raised In Iberia Parish

The Iberia Parish School Board will not raise property taxes. Superintendent Dale Henderson says the proposed increase would have helped to cover a nearly 115-thousand dollar projected decrease in revenue. Henderson blames that decrease on falling property values throughout the parish.
