The League of Women Voters will be holding a Voter Education Program this coming Monday at the South Louisiana Community College. The program also includes a complimentary lunch that will get started at 11:30.

The Voter Education Program on Monday will feature five of the nine members of the Lafayette Charter Commission. The panel plans to discuss proposed changed to the City and Parish charters that voters will get to vote on in the future. A complimentary lunch will begin at 11:30 with the program starting at Noon. Lafayette Charter Commission members George Lewis, the Chariman, along with Vice-Chairman Bruce Conque, Don Bacque, Karen Carson and Dale Bourgeois will discuss various issues related to the proposed changes.

The program will be held in the Fine Arts Room at South Louisiana Community College on Devalcourt Street off of Betrand Drive behind the Technical College.
