Protests At Abortion Clinics Back At High Court

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments today on whether a Massachusetts law requiring abortion protesters to keep a certain distance away from abortion clinic doors is constitutional.

Anti-abortion activists say the law preventing them from getting closer than 35 feet limits their ability to encounter patients.

State officials and clinic employees say patients and staff feel safer with the restriction.
