All Louisiana “Public Servants” To Take Ethics Course

About 250,000 people in Louisiana will be required to to take an ethics education course.  Elected officials have been required to do similar training, but the law expands in 2012 to all government workers, political appointees and even volunteer firefighters. Under the law, anyone considered a "public servant" will be required to receive an hour of ethics education and training every year.
