Putin Addresses Parliament On Crimea

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin is addressing both houses of the parliament on Ukraine's region of Crimea.

Crimean citizens voted over the weekend to secede from Ukraine and request to join Russia.

Meanwhile, Vice President Joe Biden has arrived in Poland to meet with the country's president and prime minister before discussing the crisis also with Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
