RAIN RAIN GO AWAY: Funniest Fails In The Rain [VIDEO]

Unfortunately, it's at the expense of people trying to deal in the rain. Thanks Bob Saget for creating this gift that just keeps on giving.

There is at least some sun in our future. Dave Baker from the StormTeam 3 Weather Lab tell us that clouds will part starting Tuesday and we will dip way below normal temperatures by the end of the week.
