Rayne Man Accused Of Having Sex With Child

A man in Rayne is arrested, accused of having sexual relations with a juvenile. Martelle Mouton was arrested after a tip about his actions was made and the police obtained a search warrant for his home. He was also charged with felony possession of a firearm.
